Job summary

The Rise Collective is seeking a hands-on Digital Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will oversee day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting to drive revenue and qualified leads.

Remote role for US-based candidates, reporting to the CMO, with a starting compensation of $60,000 per year. You will work across campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on media buying experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Search.
• Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor pacing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands, with emphasis on Google Search.
• Plan and manage Meta campaigns across Facebook/Instagram.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance; adjust bids and creatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing Managers to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and CAC/LTV metrics.
