Manay CPA is seeking an early-career marketing generalist to own content and brand channels across social media, email, and visuals. You will support performance, SEO, and AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced, international B2B environment.

Remote-first with US time-zone alignment and some travel. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in digital marketing, strong Turkish and Business English skills, and the ability to create visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of digital marketing experience; agency or in-house welcome.
• Native Turkish with professional Business English; interviews in English.
• Ability to create visuals with Canva or Adobe tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with AI tools and familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, or Semrush.
• WordPress and HTML basics; automation tools like n8n, Zapier.
• Interest in B2B/B2C marketing or professional services; flexible US hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns per annual plan.
• Design client-facing visuals, brochures, website visuals while maintaining brand.
• Prepare printed and offline marketing materials.
• Prepare weekly advertising performance reports for US and Turkey markets.
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis to identify gaps.
• Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AI ads.
• Assist SEO efforts including content, local SEO, and keyword tracking.
• Maintain marketing platforms like HubSpot and CRM tools.
• Use AI tools to create and repurpose content while preserving brand voice.
• Build reusable prompts, templates, and simple workflows for recurring tasks.
• Identify repetitive processes and help automate workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects.
