Job summary

Manay CPA, a global accounting and advisory firm, seeks an early-career marketing generalist to own content and brand channels across social, email, and digital ads. You will support performance, SEO, and AI-enabled workflows while growing into a well-rounded marketer for our international B2B clients.

Based remotely with US time-zone alignment, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team, contribute to strategy, and gain exposure to global campaigns, analytics, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years in digital marketing; junior candidates welcome.
• Turkish native or professional, fluent English; interviews in English.
• Ability to create visuals with Canva or Adobe.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and ownership-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut is a plus.
• Plus: HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads experience.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush a plus.
• Basic WordPress and HTML knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of automation platforms (n8n, Zapier) a plus.
• Interest in B2B/B2C marketing in professional services.
• High flexibility to align with US operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage social media across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute email campaigns per annual plan.
• Design visuals and client materials maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare printed and offline marketing materials.
• Prepare weekly ads and sales reports for US and Turkey markets.
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and identify gaps.
• Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and AI tools.
• Assist SEO efforts including local SEO and AI search visibility.
• Maintain marketing platforms like HubSpot and CRM tools.
• Develop AI-driven content workflows and templates.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and brand voice.
• Contribute to team’s digital transformation projects.
