Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus; or equivalent work-related experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting digital marketing operations, email marketing, website administration, CRM administration, or related work.
• Experience working with website content management systems.
• Experience building and deploying mass email communications.
• Experience working with online forms, surveys, or CRM databases.
• Basic HTML editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain website content for organization sites and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external consultants on larger website projects and enhancements.
• Create vanity URLs and QR codes for campaigns and events.
• Monitor usability and recommend improvements for better user experience.
• Build and deploy mass email communications and ensure accurate audiences.
• Train team members on email platform best practices and formatting.
