Job summary

Three Pillar Property Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across manufactured housing and RV communities. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, home sales, and occupancy while analyzing performance data to uncover growth opportunities.

You will manage paid media, nurture campaigns, and reporting, collaborating with sales, operations, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in property management, multifamily, or real estate.
• Proven experience managing PPC/SEM, paid social, retargeting campaigns and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, leads, and occupancy across portfolios.
• Analyze lead funnels from inquiry to move-in or sale to optimize conversions.
• Manage paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns and budgets.
• Build lead nurture campaigns, landing pages, and email automation in our CRM.
