The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing and marketing project management across channels. You will oversee a team, drive integrated plans, and optimize the customer journey to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related field, including management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop digital marketing and marketing project management teams.
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing plans across email, web, and other digital channels.
• Oversee website and email marketing plans and execution.
• Lead email marketing planning and scheduling across business areas.
• Optimize end-to-end customer journey across digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and customer experiences.
• Lead marketing technology initiatives and optimize CRM, automation, analytics, and data strategies.
