Job summary

Wondr Nation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support digital campaigns, social content, and event execution. The role requires a junior marketer with hands-on marketing execution experience and the ability to manage projects across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, updating CMS pages, collecting competitive insights, and assisting with podcast production. Remote/hybrid work with occasional travel in New England is anticipated.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or similar.
2–4 years of experience in marketing execution.
2–4 years of event execution.
1–2 years of social content development.
Experience with managing projects.
Writing/composition experience highly preferred.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in online gaming industry desired.
Experience in public relations a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines.
Collect competitive market insights regularly.
Collect social content as needed (photos, video, employee responses).
Write and post social media content as needed.
Assist in development of marketing initiatives.
Support podcast production as needed.
Manage promotional premium inventory.
Assist with event execution including preparation, set-up, on-site implementation and take-down.
Gather, process and upload campaign data.
Work in web CMS (content management system) to update web pages.
Design assets in Canva as needed.
Maintain library of marketing process documents.
