20four7VA invites a remote Digital Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant (Contractor) to support a growth-driven client with social media, content, and launch marketing. You will handle content creation, video editing, outreach, and admin tasks, collaborating with a Technical VA on GoHighLevel automations.

Qualifications

• Digital marketing and social media management experience required.
• Content creation and short-form video editing experience required.
• Canva and CapCut experience required.
• Strong copywriting and written English required.
• Experience communicating with customers, clients, or communities on behalf of a business preferred.
• Digital product launch experience strongly preferred.
• Lead-generation or digital outreach experience preferred.
• Email marketing and nurture-sequence experience preferred.
• Podcast and affiliate outreach experience is a plus.
• Meta/Instagram advertising experience is a plus.
• Strong AI fluency required.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required.
• Comfortable with live Zoom moderation and on-camera communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client's social media accounts and content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish consistent social content.
• Edit raw video into Reels and short-form content.
• Create graphics and assets using Canva.
• Repurpose existing content across channels.
• Monitor and respond to routine comments and DMs.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Coordinate with Technical VA for CRM campaigns.
• Respond to client inquiries in the Client's voice.
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters.
• Support Meta/Instagram and other ads when applicable.
• Track marketing KPIs and report.
• Create and update SOPs for workflows.
