Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a Marketing VA to handle social media, content creation, and outreach for international clients. The role includes video editing, Canva/CapCut tasks, and updating marketing assets, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and professional written English.

Work is remote, 10 hours per week to start, Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–4:00 PM EST, with potential to expand. You will coordinate with a Technical VA for CRM and automations and deliver consistent, brand-aligned communications.

Qualifications

• Digital marketing and social media management experience required.
• Content creation and short-form video editing experience required.
• Canva and CapCut experience required.
• Strong copywriting and written English required.
• Experience communicating with customers, clients, or communities on behalf of a business preferred.
• Digital product launch experience strongly preferred.
• Lead-generation or digital outreach experience preferred; Email marketing and nurture-sequence experience preferred.
• Meta/Instagram advertising experience is a plus.
• Strong AI fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client's social media accounts and content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish consistent social content.
• Edit raw video into reels and short-form content.
• Repurpose existing content across channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs using approved brand guidance.
• Coordinate with the Technical VA to connect marketing with CRM campaigns and automations.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and nurture-sequence content.
• Support live Zoom sessions and moderations as required.
