IHA is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead website content development and digital marketing initiatives in a remote, Michigan-based role. You will enhance user experience, manage CMS-driven content, and drive SEO/SEM, analytics, and growth strategies across web platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years in website content and digital marketing, proficiency with major CMS tools, and strong analytics and communication skills to translate data into improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience implementing website content and tactics using a consistent brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, UX, Digital Media, Web Development/Design or related field
• Experience with web content management platforms and web usability and site management
• Technical ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them to digital marketing
• Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms including GA4, BrightEdge, Drupal/WordPress/Sitecore

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain website content and review metrics to track content success and engagement
• Ensure accurate, timely, user-focused content across websites and digital platforms for the region
• Manage web content, accessibility, usability, and simple graphic tasks
• Develop analytics reports and dashboards to monitor performance and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and vendors to fulfill content needs
• Maintain consistent look and brand voice across all digital properties
