NECSI is seeking a versatile digital marketing and communications professional to develop high-quality content and plan, execute, and manage communications across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.

This hands-on role involves translating complex scientific, public health, and policy ideas into clear digital content, collaborating with researchers and volunteers, and using AI tools to improve campaigns, analytics, and workflow while maintaining rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation, or a related area.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content.
• Experience with website content management systems.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital campaign tools.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, execute, and manage digital communications across NECSI and World Health Network websites, social media, email, and other channels.
• Actively leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, project coordination, and workflow improvement, while maintaining accuracy and editorial oversight.
• Develop compelling written and visual content, including graphics, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with researchers, volunteers, and organizational leadership to translate complex scientific, public health, and technical ideas into clear, accessible communications.
• Manage website content and updates, social media publishing, and email communications.
• Support communications around research, public health initiatives, events, publications, and other organizational activities.
• Monitor digital performance and use analytics to evaluate effectiveness and improve communications strategies.
