PAZ Analytics is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst (contractor) for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining robust tracking across Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other platforms to deliver accurate performance data for clients.

You will develop tracking plans, data layers, event schemas, and tag configurations, troubleshoot tracking issues, and collaborate with developers, marketers, analysts, and clients to ensure reliable insights and optimization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web analytics implementation, debugging and QA workflows.
• Experience designing data layers and event schemas for accurate measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data and validating datasets.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side), Google Analytics 4 and other measurement tools.
• Develop detailed tracking specifications, data layers, and schema designs for clean data collection.
• Implement and QA custom event tracking, enhanced conversions and cross-domain measurement.
• Manage and validate deployment of marketing pixels to support attribution and optimization.
