Job summary

Implementation Engineers is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst to drive data-driven manufacturing improvements on client sites with substantial travel. You will design and deploy dashboards, shop-floor applications, and Industry 4.0 solutions that elevate operational performance across diverse industries.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on plant floor experience, strong data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau, and proficiency in MES and low-code tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• 2-5 years hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices, defense, or aerospace.
• Proficiency in MES platforms, low-code development tools (TULIP, Ignition), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs.
• Willingness and ability to travel more than 50-75% of the time, often onsite with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design digital manufacturing solutions.
• Develop dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance.
