Job summary

Wing is seeking an elite Digital & Field Events Marketer to own all aspects of physical and digital events for a fast-moving AI startup within a corporate setting.

The role covers industry events, tradeshows, webinars, and podcasts, with heavy travel across North America and occasional Europe as we expand. You will lead planning, budgeting, and on-site execution while shaping the company’s event-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech.
• Experience end-to-end event organization, including smaller scale shows.
• Experience managing an events budget and ROI.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and linking event activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter in events marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel 30–50% during peak seasons across North America, with potential Europe travel.

Responsibilities

• Own all events for the Company ranging from industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to small luncheons and thought leadership conversations.
• Own all events related to digital such as webinars and podcasts, including hosting and being the face for the company.
• Source and prioritize events; research, evaluate, and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events; maintain a rolling 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate and contract; manage relationships with organizers, vendors, and venues; negotiate sponsorships and booth space to stretch every dollar.
• Plan and execute end to end; manage booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, badge scanners, AV, catering, hotel blocks, travel logistics.
• Be the on-site point of contact; attend events, setup/teardown booths, troubleshoot, ensure sharp presence.
