Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Digital & Field Events Marketer to own all events—from industry shows to webinars. You will lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and on-site execution, while collaborating with sales to drive pipeline.

A strong focus on AI-enabled workflows and KPI reporting is required. The role is fully remote across the US/Canada, with 30–50% travel to NA hubs and potential European travel as we expand.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end event management experience, preferably in B2B or tech.
• Ability to forecast, track spend and make ROI-driven trade-offs.
• Define KPIs and build reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, vendors and assets.
• Demonstrated use of AI to automate or improve events marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own all company events—from industry events to conferences and small luncheons.
• Lead digital events including webinars and podcasts; host and be the face.
• Source, evaluate, and calendar a rolling 12-month events plan.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots and add-ons.
• Plan end-to-end logistics: booth design, shipping, swag, lead capture, AV, travel.
• Be on-site contact; manage setup/teardown and on-floor presence.
• Brief teams on objectives, accounts, and logistics for each event.
• Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings and drive post-event follow-up.
• Run pre/post-event campaigns to boost traffic and bookings.
• Own the budget and report KPIs; forecast costs and flag risks.
• Travel 30-50% in North America, with possible European travel.
