Job summary

Wing, the M32 AI team, is seeking a Digital & Field Events Marketer to own comprehensive event programs across in-person and digital formats. This fully remote role prioritizes US and Canada candidates, requires travel 30-50%, and calls for 1–4 years of experience in B2B tech event marketing.

You will manage budgets, calendars, vendor relationships, and on-site execution, while partnering with sales to convert leads into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Proven ability to plan end-to-end events and manage both large and small scales.
• Experience managing an events budget and measuring ROI.
• Strong interest in AI with examples of using AI to automate or improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own all events for the company, including industry events, tradeshows, conferences, luncheons, and thought leadership conversations.
• Own all digital events such as webinars and podcasts, including hosting and being the face for the company.
• Source, evaluate, and calendar events aligned with ICP and revenue goals; maintain a rolling 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and vendor contracts to maximize value.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, travel.
• Be on-site for events; set up/tear down, troubleshoot, and maintain brand presence.
• Brief attending teams on objectives, points, and logistics; coordinate roles and timing.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and on-site events; ensure leads are captured and followed up.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns with email, landing pages, paid promo, and social to drive traffic.
• Own the budget; forecast costs, track spend, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Define KPIs and deliver post-event reports showing results and learnings.
