Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Digital Content Specialist II to craft engaging content for our Unity by Hard Rock digital platforms. You will manage CMS content, optimize for search and user experience, and collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver consistent branding across websites and the mobile app.

Ideal candidates bring a marketing/communications background, hands-on Adobe Analytics from a marketing perspective, and familiarity with ML-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite and tools (AEM, Analytics, Target) strongly preferred.
• Proven digital content creation, CMS administration, ecommerce and SEO experience.
• Experience managing content across multiple websites and mobile apps.
• Hands-on Adobe Analytics experience and ability to build reports.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and ML/AI-driven personalization.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality content that engages audiences and boosts brand visibility.
• Develop and optimize content for Unity by Hard Rock website and mobile app.
• Follow SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to embed content into site/app designs.
