Job summary

Earthjustice, the nation’s leading environmental law organization, is seeking a Digital Advocacy Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across email, web, SMS, and paid media. This role reports to the Associate Director of Digital Advocacy and collaborates across communications, legal, and lobbying teams.

The position is full-time and may be hybrid from any Earthjustice office or remote within the US. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience, proficiency with HTML and Excel, and

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with at least one eCRM tool—EveryAction and at least one mobile platform—Mobile Commons.
• Experience working with 501(c)(4) organizations is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, HTML, and digital tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deadlines with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, multi-channel digital advocacy campaigns across email, web, SMS, social, and paid media.
• Ensure cohesive messaging and test strategies to improve engagement and supporter experience.
• Develop content with the Digital team and adapt quickly to rapid response moments.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns, report performance, and translate data into actions.
• Oversee the Digital Advocacy Specialist and mentor team members; manage budgets and personnel.
