Qualifications

• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching focused on weight management, prevention, and healthy lifestyle Habits.
• Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals.
• Motivate and support members in sustainable behavior change.
• Document coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care.
• Stay current on nutrition science and coaching best practices.
