Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to remotely assess nutrition needs, educate patients, and coordinate care for plan members. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and support adolescents with elevated BMIs, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in nutrition, RD credential within 6 months of hire, and a strong background in inpatient, outpatient, clinic, or wellness settings. Arizona residency is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Master's degree is required to be eligible to take the RD exam (CDR requirement).
• Registered Dietitian credential within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and nutrition-focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage nutrition care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Counsel patients and families; create education materials for nutrition standards.
