Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding a network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous virtual nutrition visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause; this is a 1099 independent contractor role. Expect to provide one-on-one tele-nutrition care, participate in a multi-week program, and maintain compliant documentation.

You must hold national RD/RDN certification with Indiana licensure, commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, and have 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with license to practice in Indiana.
• Minimum 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience for metabolic syndrome, weight, bone health, gut health, plant-based diets.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care to facilitate lifestyle change.
• Work within a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
