Job summary

MedStar Health in the United States is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for the Nighthawk remote division. You will provide final interpretations for after-hours CT and ultrasound, with some X-ray coverage and occasional MRI interpretation, supported by 24/7 PACS and call center resources.

This fully remote position offers a base compensation of $600,000 annually with the potential to earn up to $150,000+ through shifts and incentives; comprehensive benefits, sign-on and relocation options may

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
• Fellowship training preferred.
• Must maintain licensure in the state from which readings are performed.

Responsibilities

• Final interpretations for after-hours CT and ultrasound studies.
• Some X-ray coverage with occasional MRI interpretation.
• 24/7 dedicated PACS support and 24/7 call center support for critical results reporting.
• Expected productivity of 9–10 RVUs per hour with incentives for higher productivity.
