Job summary

Serco is seeking an Experienced DevSecOps Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will design and secure CI/CD pipelines, integrate SAST/DAST, container scanning, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure software in cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in related fields, and strong Azure experience, plus skills in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, security engineering, software engineering, or cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security tooling (SAST/DAST, container scanning) into workflows.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for secure delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for systems.
• Stay current with evolving threats and security practices.
