Fenwick seeks a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) Engineer to scale citizen development, turning prototypes into secure, production-ready solutions. You will bridge business innovation with enterprise standards, enabling teams while enforcing SDLC, security, and operational practices.

This full-time exempt role can be based in any US office with some remote locations, supporting pipelines, tooling, and governance to drive secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, security, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience supporting citizen development or low-code platforms is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services, containers, and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with citizen developers to refactor and productionize apps.
• Enforce SDLC, CI/CD, and environment separation.
• Create reusable DevSecOps golden paths and templates.
• Perform code reviews with a security focus.
• Integrate SAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management.
• Support deployments through controlled pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipelines and deployment issues.
• Assist incident response for production apps.
• Remediate security findings and technical debt.
