The role emphasizes DevSecOps, release management, incident handling, and continuous improvement, with a preference for candidates in Bogotá or Colombia while welcoming qualified applicants internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and RCA.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• English proficiency C1-C2, global team experience in regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments.
• Ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Support release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability.
• Collaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability, documentation, and governance practices.
