ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Release Engineer (GitLab) for a remote role in the USA. You will join the Release Engineering team supporting development and optimizing release workflows across environments.

Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, supporting builds, and administering DevOps tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, Jira, and Jenkins. Strong Windows/Linux troubleshooting and US Central Time availability are required.

Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, TeamCity, and Jenkins.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Knowledge of DevOps tools including Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, and SVN.
Strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
Ability to work effectively during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

Support build releases and assist developers in troubleshooting build-related issues.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, focusing on automation and reliability.
