Job summary

Think Future Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (TFT) is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our remote team. You will optimize Linux-based systems, build automation, and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.

You will implement GitOps workflows, monitor systems, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, including air-gapped environments. Remote work supports collaboration across international time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Infrastructure engineer.
• Strong Linux-based systems and shell scripting skills.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for orchestration.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware/VirtualBox/KVM).
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancing.
• Experience implementing GitOps with ArgoCD, Flux, or similar.
• Experience in air-gapped or restricted networks is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of cloud and on‑prem hybrid deployment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Maintain Linux servers, scripting, and automation tasks.
• Manage container orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Support networking, load balancing, and security configurations.
• Implement GitOps practices and tooling in environments.
• Assist in monitoring, logging, and incident response activities.
• Work in air-gapped or restricted networks when required.
• Collaborate with teams across on‑prem and cloud deployments.
