Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will focus on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and developer enablement within a modern application engineering environment.
The role connects software engineering and infrastructure, supporting modernization of a large-scale examination platform used in clinical assessments. Collaboration with developers is key and experience moving into DevOps is valued.
Qualifications
- Must have professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Node.js/JavaScript background.
- Hands-on DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering experience.
- Experience deploying in Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and services.
- Solid Linux/Unix administration experience.
- Shell scripting and automation skills.
- Programming or scripting in Python/JavaScript.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform/Ansible).
Responsibilities
- Operate DevOps and platform engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with software engineers on deployment strategies.
- Shape containerization, cloud adoption, and operational practices.
