Qualifications
- 3+ years of configuration analysis experience.
- Experience with distributed computer systems and networks.
- Experience with networking principles and LANs.
- Experience with company software and hardware products.
- 3–5 years of container experience.
- Extensive knowledge of software build cycles.
- Experience deploying code.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains account/region standards to support deployment activities.
- Implements configuration management plans with milestones and schedules.
- Identifies issues and recommends solutions to ensure requirements are met.
- Performs audits and ensures baselines are established and approved.
- Develops installation guidelines and documentation for hardware/software standards.
- Collaborates with customers and support to explain product configuration.
