Job summary

Elevait Solutions LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a remote, 90-day contract-to-hire engagement. You’ll accelerate delivery by building robust CI/CD pipelines, deploying containerized apps in AKS, and enabling GitOps with FluxCD and Helm.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, monitor systems with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, and script automation in Python to streamline operations. A strong candidate communicates well with developers and cross-functional teams in a .NET-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure role - Azure focused
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and FluxCD
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience in multi-environments
• Strong Python scripting
• Comfortable with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Experience with Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
• Strong communicator who leans into action and works well with developers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Build, extend, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps across multiple environments - from load to integration, test, staging, and prod
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on AKS using Helm charts and FluxCD for GitOps workflows
• Get into the logs, identify issues, and actively support developers in resolving them
• Manage multi-environment pipeline orchestration with SonarQube quality gates and Checkmarx security scans integrated throughout
• Manage Key Vaults and secrets across environments
• Write Python scripts to automate and improve operational workflows
• Work within a .NET-heavy environment and understand its deployment patterns
