AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking an experienced DevOps professional to build, maintain, and improve infrastructure and software delivery across on‑premises and Azure environments. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to align priorities and release reliably in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and cloud resources (on‑premises and Azure).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions to reduce manual work.
• Integrate security practices into the development lifecycle and support secure system operations.
• Design and maintain data processes within systems; manage builds, deployments, and releases with rollbacks.
• Establish logging, alerting, and monitoring using Datadog, IBM Turbonomic, and Azure Monitor for reliability.

About The Role

AmeriSave is seeking an experienced DevOps professional to help build, maintain, and improve infrastructure and software delivery processes across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work closely with developers, quality assurance (QA), and operations teams to align technical priorities, improve workflows, and support reliable application releases. The role includes infrastructure management, automation, security integration, data process design, release engineering, and system observability. The primary monitoring tools include Datadog, IBM Turbonomic, and Azure Monitor.

This position is remote and requires reliable high-speed internet through a cable or fiber connection, with the ability to connect using Ethernet. Recommended minimum speeds depend on household usage: 70/30 Mbps for basic use, 200–300/35–70 Mbps for shared use, or 500–1,000/100+ Mbps for heavy use.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. You should have practical experience with Linux or Unix, scripting in Python or Bash, Terraform, Azure, networking, and database management. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift; Git; GitLab CI, GitLab build pipelines, or GitHub Actions; and infrastructure-as-code practices is also expected.

Familiarity with YAML, Java, TypeScript, and Node.js is beneficial. The successful candidate brings a DevOps mindset and an understanding of Agile methods, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important, along with adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Benefits

• The estimated annual compensation range for this position is $135,000–$175,000. This good-faith estimate is provided for this role in accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
