Mixpanel is seeking a remote Software Engineer - DevInfra to help automate and streamline our software development lifecycle on a nationwide basis in the USA. The role focuses on building robust tooling, improving deployment pipelines, and supporting high-throughput, low-latency services across the platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering, exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, JS/TS, and a strong inclination toward AI-assisted tooling and reliable cloud

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern dev tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize the end-to-end software development lifecycle for speed, safety, and reliability.
• Build and maintain tooling to automate toil and improve developer efficiency.
• Support deployment pipelines and ensure quality of releases across services.
• Contribute to observability and reliability initiatives using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
