Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Child Development or Developmental Psychology required.
• Experience with technology-driven or AI-focused projects related to child development preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with distributed teams.
• Proficiency or familiarity with one or more listed languages (see press): Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, Bulgarian.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and annotate datasets related to child development for AI training.
• Provide insights on accuracy, cultural relevance, and developmental relevance of data and outputs.
• Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children’s learning and behavior.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and maintain psychological integrity in AI interactions.
• Create or refine guidelines for AI systems addressing linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects across diverse backgrounds.
• Document findings and recommendations to support ongoing AI research and development.
