Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Child Development Psychologist (PhD) to remotely support an AI training project. You will evaluate and annotate data, analyze developmental scenarios, and provide expert guidance to improve AI systems’ accuracy and cultural relevance. No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, evaluating content for developmental and psychological relevance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to refine guidelines and ensure quality feedback.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic expertise in child development or developmental psychology.
• Experience evaluating psychological data is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to document findings clearly.
• Familiarity with data annotation processes for AI training.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for developmental accuracy and cultural relevance.
