Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Remote Contractor with a PhD in Child Development or Developmental Psychology to support an AI training project. You will evaluate and annotate data, analyze developmental scenarios, and provide expert guidance to improve AI systems' accuracy and cultural relevance.

You will review datasets, assess cognitive, linguistic, and psychosocial aspects of development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PhD required or equivalent in Child Development or Developmental Psychology.
• Experience with data annotation or AI data evaluation is preferred.
• Strong written communication and cross-cultural competence are essential.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with child development theory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology.
• Evaluate AI content for developmental accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and psychological relevance.
• Analyze scenarios involving children's learning, behavior, and development.
