Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a Foundation Donor Relations professional to manage moves through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You will build plans to engage prospects and work with data teams to refine lists.

You will collaborate with foundation leadership and communications to craft tailored materials, grants, and reports, while implementing systems to track the donor pipeline through the fiscal year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years related experience.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a formal plan to engage prospects in the Moves Management cycle through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Coordinate with data and research teams to identify prospects and refine the list based on qualifications.
• Collaborate with foundation leadership and communications to develop custom solicitation materials, grants, impact reports, and donor communications.
• Implement tracking systems to manage and refine the donor pipeline and engagement throughout the fiscal year.
