The position blends hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Flask, delivering scalable internal applications.

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile delivery, participate in design and code reviews, and own sprint outcomes while collaborating with architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Lead Developer or Technical Lead experience.
• Strong full-stack development with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Flask, REST APIs, SQL, Docker and cloud technologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers in Agile environments and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Lead sprint-level technical delivery and coordinate work across engineering teams.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Support Agile ceremonies including planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Partner with architects, engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Support CI/CD processes, testing, deployment activities, and release readiness.
• Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and operational processes.
• Participate in technical interviews and candidate evaluations.
