Haiti Outreach Ministries is seeking a dynamic Development Director to create a sustainable philanthropic future through strategic fundraising. The successful candidate will work on major gifts, individual giving, church partnerships, and grant support, while embodying a deep Christian faith that aligns with the mission of HOM.

The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust and relationships with donors, churches, and community leaders. This is a remote position, with a salary range of $90,000-$95,000, plus generous paid time off.

Qualifications
