Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Detection Analyst to analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud domains for our Managed Detection and Response customers. Remote (USA Only) role reporting to the Detection Analyst Manager within the Detection Operations Team.

You will drive AI-enhanced workflows, publish threats with concise remediation context, and improve processes through orchestration and automation to handle high telemetry volumes.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Strong experience in Endpoint (EDR) and Cloud/SaaS/Identity/Network detection domains.
• Proficiency with query languages and syntax in security platforms (SQL or Lucene).

Responsibilities

• Analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across detection domains.
