Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Destination Specialist to design and organize travel itineraries for clients. This remote role focuses on understanding client preferences, budget, and travel dreams.

You will research destinations, coordinate flights, transfers, accommodations and activities, then deliver detailed itineraries with exceptional service before, during, and after trips, while staying current on travel trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and any special requests or requirements.
• Research and gather information on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and any other necessary arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip.
