Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in desktop engineering or enterprise end-user computing.
• Experience with Windows and macOS in a Microsoft-centric Enterprise.
• Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, Automox or similar tools.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities for repeatable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise desktop management for Windows and macOS.
• Manage device standards, security baselines, profiles, and enrollment.
• Patch management, deployment, and vulnerability remediation.
• Onsite and remote end-user support with Tier 3 escalation.
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams on identity-integrated workspaces.
