Job summary

ManyPixels is seeking a Design Team Lead to manage a 10+ person design team and a portfolio of 100+ clients. You will allocate workloads, ensure 24-hour delivery, and uphold quality across logos, landing pages, and illustrations.

You will mentor and conduct monthly performance reviews, oversee training, and maintain direct client relationships via chat, email, or video calls. This is a full-time, remote role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design and ability to assess quality quickly.
Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Workload management: assign tasks to the best-suited designer and ensure 24-hour delivery.
Quality control: approve output and request revisions as needed.
People management: handle leaves, communications, and SOP adherence.
Performance reviews: conduct monthly and annual reviews.
Training: lead onboarding and ongoing team development.
Client relationships: maintain direct client contact to keep projects on track.
