Job summary

JGMS Government Services LLC is seeking a part-time design reviewer for a fully remote role with the potential to travel to state facilities up to six times per year to expedite project execution. The position supports design reviews across the nation; full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience as ARNG CFMO/DCFMO or ARNG Project Manager or equivalent understanding of National Guard regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Review Design Bid Build (DBB) milestones for accuracy and compliance with UFC, ARNG, and ARNG G-9 design criteria.
• Perform 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews and provide assessments for approvals or disapprovals.
• Draft review memoranda within two weeks of receiving complete submittals and ensure ARNG elements are included.
