The ideal candidate will navigate ambiguity, manage complex initiatives, and foster collaboration across business partners. Remote role open to US/Canada, PST/MST time zones, with about 10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years design program management experience in a software environment.
• Familiarity with user-centered design practices, UX tools and techniques, and Agile.
• Strong track record in standing up and managing programs, leading design sprints/workshops.
• Excellent project management skills and SDLC familiarity.
• Solid foundation in AI and helping designers improve AI fluency.
• Strong writing, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Own and/or manage programs that improve design team health, efficiency, and impact, with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and lead design sprints to accelerate user-facing products and internal programs.
• Coach design team members on prioritization, effort estimation, asset management, and knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement new ways of working to enhance DesignOps effectiveness and collaboration.
• Support scalability by documenting and sharing best practices and resources.
• Collaborate with Autodesk teams to grow DesignOps discipline across the company.
