AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer II to design and optimize heat exchanger solutions for diverse industries. You’ll work with customers and technical sales to tailor solutions while applying engineering software and maintaining project data.

Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Marketing, and occasionally travel to customer facilities and trade shows. The role emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and teamwork in a hybrid remote work environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of engineering or technical application experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to effectively present technical information and training materials
• Demonstrated success working in a team-oriented environment

Mansioni

• Create technical heat exchanger designs using proprietary engineering software
• Design new heat transfer solutions and modify existing equipment to meet customer requirements
• Partner with technical sales teams to develop customized solutions for end users and distributors
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective system integrators
• Deliver technical presentations, product training, and educational programs
• Accurately enter and maintain design and order information within the ERP system
• Manage the technical drawing workflow, including review and approval processes
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to internal sales teams
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through professional development activities
• Participate in annual and monthly sales meetings and contribute technical expertise across the organization
