You will work with system integrators and sales teams to deliver customized, technically sound solutions. The role emphasizes problem-solving, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of engineering or technical application experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Create technical heat exchanger designs using proprietary software.
• Design new heat transfer solutions and modify existing equipment to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to develop customized solutions for end users and distributors.
• Build relationships with system integrators and support technical presentations and training.
• Enter and maintain design and order information within the ERP system; manage technical drawings.
