Qualifications

• At least five years of professional ecology or conservation management experience.
• Experience in Mojave/Colorado Deserts or similar arid ecosystems.
• Experience managing ecology projects, data systems, budgets, and written deliverables.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS or comparable GIS and with data-analysis tools (R).

Responsibilities

• Lead conservation ecology projects including monitoring, restoration, and planning.
• Develop survey, monitoring protocols, and data analyses.
• Prepare reports, maps, and grant deliverables.
• Supervise staff, interns, and partner teams.
• Collaborate with agencies, tribes, universities, and communities.
