Job summary

Alumis Inc. is a precision medicines company advancing outcomes for autoimmune diseases. We seek an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Dermatology to develop and sustain relationships with KOLs and HCPs across assigned geographies in the United States.

The role emphasizes medical strategy, trial support, and collaboration with internal teams. The MSL will cover regions including Chicagoland, New England, and Mid-Atlantic with a remote-first model and travel up to ~50%,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in scientific, clinical, or medical-related discipline.
• 3+ years in MSL role with Dermatology MSL experience; launch/pre-launch psoriasis or rheumatology a plus.
• Well-established networks with KOLs in Dermatology.
• Ability to travel ~50% (weekends may be required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Dermatology KOLs.
• Strategically map, profile and prioritize thought leaders.
• Manage geography with entrepreneurial approach.
• Support clinical development: site identification, trial recruitment, milestones, data presentation.
• Attend and report on medical conferences.
• Collaborate on publications, advisory boards, and speaker development.
• Serve as scientific resource to external experts and internal stakeholders.
• Provide up-to-date medical information and product details to the medical community.
• Gather insights from HCPs to inform medical strategy.
• Train internal stakeholders on key scientific topics.
• Maintain compliant communication among stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to Medical Affairs workstreams.
• Maintain documentation of MSL activities.
• Support commercial activities when appropriate.
