Qualifications

• Knowledge of Compliance Management System elements, policies and procedures, escalation and reporting.
• Experience with UDAAP, FTC Guidelines, Regulation E, Regulation CC, Nacha Rules, Visa and Mastercard Rules, and other federal consumer-protection requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, independent work, curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and self-direction.
