Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Strong deposition procedure knowledge and litigation practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare concise summaries in Word format.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, assignment-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and equipment for remote proceedings.
• Must maintain active law license throughout engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at remote depositions and vocational interviews.
• Conduct pre-deposition and pre-interview preparation calls with clients.
• Advise clients on process, expectations, and conduct in remote proceedings.
• Protect clients’ interests and preserve the record during live proceedings.
• Take detailed notes and prepare written summaries for the team.
• Report developments promptly to the firm contact.
• Maintain attorney–client confidentiality and comply with firm policies.
